How to Schedule a Call in Sentra

Native call scheduling built straight into your CRM. No third-party tools, no extra subscriptions, just a clean, simple flow from booking to follow-up.

Connect Google Calendar

One-time setup

Go to Integrations in the left sidebar, find the Google Calendar card, and click Connect Google Calendar. Sign in with your Google account. This is only needed once and enables automatic Google Meet link generation.

Open the Schedule

Navigation

Click Schedule in the left sidebar. You'll see a monthly calendar view with all your upcoming calls visible on their dates.

Create a new call

Getting started

Click the + button at the top right of the calendar. A scheduling form will open.

Fill in the details

Call details
  • LeadSearch for and select the lead or contact the call is with.
  • TitleGive the call a short name (e.g. "Discovery Call — Acme Ltd").
  • Date, Time & DurationSet when the call is and how long you expect it to last.
  • Assigned ToSelect which team member is taking the call.
  • NotesAdd any prep notes or talking points.

Generate a Google Meet link

Optional

If you connected Google Calendar, click Generate Meet Link. This creates a Google Meet room and a calendar event in your Google Calendar automatically. The meeting link is saved to the call.

Save

Confirm

Click Schedule Call. The call appears on your calendar on the chosen date.

Share the link

Before the call

Copy the Meet link from the calendar card and send it to your prospect via email or WhatsApp before the call.

Join the call

On the day

On the day of the call, find it on your calendar and click Join Call to open the Google Meet directly.

Update the outcome

After the call

Click the edit (pencil) icon on the card and change the status to Completed, Cancelled, or Rescheduled as appropriate. Add any follow-up notes.
